Arlin Moore

Founder of 8AM.

Arlin Moore is the founder of 8AM Holdings, Inc. It started in 2019 as a podcast about people who changed their minds and then changed their lives, and it is now a letter, a shelf of small apps, a world you can walk around in, a private network, a clothing line, and one week a year in Indonesia.

The letter is the middle of it. He has written one most mornings since December 2023, they are all free to read, and he answers the replies himself.

The apps are small on purpose. A phone call from yourself years from now. The real sky over the place you were born. A vision board that takes two people to make. Most of them were built and shipped inside a week, most cost a couple of dollars, and all of them are meant to be funny before they are useful.

Once a year he books all twenty-one villas at Uluwatu Surf Villas in Bali and fills them with founders and artists for six days. The 2026 week runs 18 to 23 October.
