A couple of weeks ago I was driving down to a wedding in the south of France. Windows down, the whole valley turning gold in the late light like a van gogh painting. Somewhere on the road into Bédoin, the little town at the foot of Mont Ventoux, this melody entered my head and later turned into this song.
‘Route de Bédoin’ is what came out of that drive: feels like my own euro summer anthem. I haven’t been able to stop playing it, so I figured it was time you had it too!
