8AM is a personal development application that helps users:

  • Create and visualize goals through AI-generated vision boards
  • Track daily and weekly progress
  • Receive AI-powered coaching
  • Connect with a community of like-minded individuals

3. User Accounts

Registration

You must create an account to use 8AM. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and remain responsible for all activities under your account.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use 8AM. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App for illegal purposes, harass other users, share account credentials, or use automated systems to access the App without permission.

5. Community Guidelines

When using community features, you agree to treat members with respect, keep conversations constructive, and report violations to our support team.

6. Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

AI-Generated Content

Vision boards and coaching responses are generated by AI. While we strive for quality, AI content may not always be accurate; please use your judgment when acting on AI suggestions.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, THAT AI CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior. You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
